Three tiers of urgency
Not every consignment needs to move overnight, and paying for speed you do not need is simply waste. We work to three broad tiers:
- Express — dedicated or priority movement for time-critical stock, spare parts and anything holding up a production line.
- Scheduled — fixed weekly runs on established routes. Predictable, cheaper, and appropriate for most replenishment.
- Consolidated — shared-load economics for goods where the delivery window is measured in days rather than hours.
Packaging is not an afterthought
Kenyan upcountry roads test packaging honestly. A carton that survives a Nairobi ring road will not necessarily survive a wet-season murram stretch. We repack and palletise where needed, and we would rather have that conversation before dispatch than a damage claim afterwards. We ensure the goods are safe, well packaged and distributed at different levels of urgency.
Handover documentation at both ends
Every load leaves sealed with a manifest and arrives against a signed handover. It sounds bureaucratic until the first time a consignee queries a shortage — at which point the paperwork is the difference between a five-minute conversation and a five-week dispute.

Nairobi metropolitan same-day and next-day, scheduled upcountry runs to towns and trading centres countrywide, and cross-border movements into the East Africa region supported by our own clearance team.
